How to register for a OLA My Account?
Simply look for the “Account” button, click on it and it’ll bring you to the Sign Up page. Fill in your details accordingly and click 'Register'.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
You may go to ''Account'' and click ''Forgot Your Password'' https://N/A.com.my. After that, enter your ''Email Address'' and click ''Reset My Password'' https://N/A/customer/account/forgotpassword/. Then you will be receiving an email notification regarding your reset password.

Cancellation, Return, and Refund

How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, you'll need to sign in and click into your “Order History“, then search for the order you'd like to cancel.
How do I return an item?
To return large appliances, contact our customer careline by phone or email. We'll arrange for our delivery or courier personnel to collect the item from you. For small appliances, return to the nearest showroom.
I received damaged/ defective item, what should I do?
You can return or request an exchange within 7 calendar days of receipt if the items are incorrect, damaged, or defective. Incorrect items include those that are not what you ordered, with different models or colors, or missing parts. Damaged items are those found damaged upon receipt, while defective items do not function as described by the manufacturer. Certain items like fridges and washing machines are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt, in new condition and original packaging with all accessories and free gifts. Packaging must be unused and unmarked. Items must be unused and securely sealed items must not be opened, especially electronics, unless found defective at the time of opening.

You can track your order by clicking into the 'TRACKING ORDER' button at the top of the page. Your order delivery status will be displayed in the page.
What shipping options does OLA offer?
We do offer several shipping options such as courier, home delivery and store pick up services.
When will I receive my order?
Home Delivery for Peninsular Malaysia takes 3-7 working days, unless stated otherwise. East Malaysia delivery may take up to 21 working days. Store Pickup: Peninsular Malaysia pickup within 3-7 working days, East Malaysia pickup within 3-14 working days. You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Note: During promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer.
What if I am not at home when the package arrives?
Should you not be able to receive your order, a re-delivery will be arranged at another time
Can I change my delivery address after my purchase?
Yes, you can. Just send an email to ccc@ola.my or call our customer careline at 016 299 1398 to update your delivery address.
