What we'll do
We’ll get your new appliance unpacked once we arrive so we can get started.
Then, we’ll connect it to a water supply and plug it into a standard socket. Simple.
Once your new appliance is safety installed in its new home, we’ll snap a quick picture of it for our records.
We’ll also run a cycle test (no bikes involved). We’ll turn on your new appliance and test it out to make sure everything is working properly and there are no problems.
Before we leave, we’ll pick up all the packaging and take it with us. Save you some space in your bin. Chosen our Remove & Recycle service? We’ll take your old model with us once we’re done.

What we don't cover
Here’s everything our installation service doesn’t cover.
- We won’t be able to install if your new appliance is hardwired or there isn’t a plug socket within 1 metre of where it’s going.
- We’re unable to disconnect integrated appliances and install freestanding ones in their place.
- If there’s an issue with your plumbing, we won’t be able to install. If your water flow is acting up or you’re missing necessary parts, we’ll have to rearrange.
- We can’t make any changes to the plumbing in your house.
- For safety reasons, we can’t install in your bathroom or on top of another appliance. (We’ve had stranger requests).
