1. Eligibility for Return

Returns must be requested within 7 – 14 days of the delivery date.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original components (accessories, manuals, and warranty cards, with no signs of wear or damage.)

A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

The serial number must match our records.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Item has been physically damaged, tampered with, or modified.
- Item shows signs of misuse or has missing components.
- Software-based issues or compatibility problems unrelated to the product itself.
- Products bought during clearance or marked “Final Sale” unless defective.
How to Request a Return

Order number.

Product name.

Reason for return.

Clear photos/videos (if item is defective or damaged).

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1 – 3 in working days.

If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address. (If outside Klang Valley Area, JNT will pickup the item after submit the report)
Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 – 10 in working days.

If not approved, the item will be returned to you at your cost.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange (If Applicable)

Defective or damaged electronic items can be exchanged for the same model.

Contact us within 48 hours in working hour of delivery if your item arrives damaged or faulty.

6. Warranty Claims
