Payment
- We accept online payments via FPX, Credit / Debit cards, E-Wallets, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
- All payments must be completed at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid or partially paid orders.
Delivery
- We deliver across Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery times may vary depending on location and stock availability.
- Free delivery may apply to selected areas and product types as stated on the website.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate and accessible.
Installation Services
- For selected appliances, installation services may be offered by third-party providers or in-house teams. Charges and terms will be specified at checkout.
- Customers must ensure installation sites are prepared and accessible. Additional charges may apply for complex installations (e.g., drilling, ceiling works, extended piping).
Return, Refund & Warranty
- We allow returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or wrong items. All returns must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7 – 14 working days upon item return verification.
- All products sold are covered under brand warranty. Warranty terms may vary by product and manufacturer. Please retain original receipts for warranty claims.
Limitation of Liability
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Delivery Coverage
- OLA Online Marketing currently delivers to locations within Peninsular Malaysia.
- We do not deliver to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) at this time unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Timeframe
- Orders are typically processed within 1 - 3 working days upon payment confirmation.
- Delivery time usually takes 3 - 7 working days, depending on your location and stock availability.
- For installation-required products, our team will contact you to schedule the installation appointment.
Delivery Partners
- We work with reliable logistic partners and our own delivery fleet to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
- For bulky items or appliances, delivery and installation may be done by our in-house technicians or trusted third-party teams.
Receiving Your Order
- Customers must ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible.
- A representative must be present to receive the goods and sign off on the delivery note.
- If no one is available during the delivery attempt, re-delivery charges may apply.
Delivery Delays

- We will do our best to notify customers of any significant delivery delays.
Delivery with Installation
- For items that include installation (e.g., air conditioners, water heaters), our team will coordinate with you for a suitable installation time slot.

Self-Collection
- Currently, OLA.my does not offer self-collection unless explicitly arranged and confirmed with our team in advance.
Refund & Return Policy
Return Eligibility
- Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all included accessories and documents.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all return requests.
Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Products marked as 'Clearance' or 'Final Sale'
- Custom-made or special order items
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or modification
Return Process

- Once approved, our team will coordinate collection or advise on return instructions.
- You are responsible for safely packing the item for return. Items returned damaged due to poor packing may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 – 14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- We reserve the right to deduct delivery or installation fees from the refund unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If a replacement product is not available, a full refund will be offered.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged item or your delivery is missing parts, report it to us within 48 hours of receipt.
- Claims made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer
- Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase or before the order has been processed and shipped.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to hello@ola.my or through our customer service hotline.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 7 – 14 working days to process, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellation by OLA.my
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions.
- If we cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
Special Orders and Non-Cancellable Items
- Items marked as 'Special Order' or 'Made to Order' are not cancellable once the order is confirmed and payment is made.
- This includes bulk orders, promotional bundles, or customized products
